Chiropractor Reveals 5 Unique Tips To Relieve Back Pain

Endless days at work often bring about muscle soreness, tension, and bodily aches. While we all wish to escape this discomfort, finding a solution remains elusive.

"The Anatomy of Therapy", a chiropractic doctor's Instagram account, recently shared five straightforward steps to eliminate persistent muscle soreness.

"Bet you haven't attempted these," stated The Anatomy of Therapy's post caption.

Check out these methods to keep aches in the back, commonly termed the 'rhomboid area', at bay.

How to address back pain effectively:

  • "Twisting and pressing yourself against the wall, then twisting back the other way 10 to 15 times, will release tension in the trapezius muscle, aiding the rhomboid area," the video explains.
  • The video advises placing an elbow on a table, bending down, and taking a deep breath to stretch the posterior rotator cuff, helping relieve the rhomboid region's pain.
  • Raising one arm, catching a bicep behind the neck, and reaching up and down 10 to 15 times will free up the thoracic spine, easing cramps and pain in the rhomboid area.
  • "Gripping a towel in one hand and alternating arms up and down, pulling on both sides, stretches the spinal muscles, easing rhomboid area discomfort," explains The Anatomy of Therapy in the video.
  • The video also suggests taking your hand, thumb down, holding onto a door frame, leaning back, reaching across, and breathing deeply to stretch the latissimus dorsi, relieving the rhomboid area.
