Royal Weather Control: Our Role In Two Majestic Events

A certain group asserts its ability to modify the weather at will and boasts notable ties to events in the UK.

The Cacique Cobra Coral Foundation, originating from South America, presents itself as a blend of the esoteric and scientific, professing that it can influence weather patterns through the spirit entity known as the Cacique (the term refers to a 'native leader' in the Taino language), as conveyed by the medium Adelaide Scritori, who currently heads the organisation.

Their narrative intertwines spiritual beliefs, media intrigue, and a series of arrangements and calls crossing international borders, catching the attention of the Royal family.

Their official website states that the foundation aims to "lessen disasters that might arise due to human-induced imbalances in nature".

According to reports from the Express, the group's beginnings trace back much further than its current leader, as Adelaide recounts.

She states that both her father and she started receiving messages from the Cacique's spirit at her birth, asserting earlier contact with historical figures like Galileo Galilei and Abraham Lincoln.

The foundation's recognition took off in the 1980s when Adelaide and her spouse, Osmar Santos, began pitching weather modification projects to government bodies both locally and internationally.

In 1987, The Guardian published two articles about the spirit; one described the foundation's assistance offer to Margaret Thatcher during a harsh winter, and the other discussed a proposal made to Iraq's Saddam Hussein, offering to bring wind and rain in exchange for a cease-fire.

Thatcher reportedly did not respond, while Hussein is believed to have turned down the offer politely. This story nonetheless piqued British public interest.

In 2011, during the wedding of Prince William and Princess Catherine, it was reported by respected publication Folha de São Paulo that Adelaide Scritori was hired by an affluent business figure to fly to London to "ensure no rain fell over the wedding venue".

Years later, when Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan married in 2018, the same arrangement was reported, with Adelaide being present in Windsor to purportedly oversee the weather conditions.

After these Royal duties, the medium reportedly continued her work around the Gulf of Genoa and at the Cannes Film Festival.

Amidst nuclear concerns in Asia, Japan is alleged to have asked for support to bring rain to clean potential chemical residue from a possible North Korean attack, as per co-founder Osmar Santos.

The initiative claims to have been involved in similar roles, such as aiding during the Gulf War in 1991 and helping to clear polluted air in China through targeted downpours.

Their influence reaches the home country of Brazil, too. Santa Catarina engaged the foundation during severe flooding in 1985, and the city of Brasilia during a water crisis in 2017.

Although lacking formal scientific endorsement, the FCCC remains a staple at the Rock in Rio festival. The couple maintains that they do not charge for their services, operating as a non-profit organisation.
