King Charles Celebrates Princess Kate's Birthday With Heartfelt Photo

The Princess of Wales has received warm birthday wishes from the King and Queen today.

A sweet message was posted on their official social media account saying: "Birthday greetings to The Princess of Wales!" accompanied by a cake emoji.

An image showing a radiant Princess Catherine was shared as part of a touching tribute from her memorable visit to Colchester Hospital in Essex, last July 2025.

This birthday holds special significance for Princess Catherine as it marks her first cancer-free year since announcing her remission last January.

Fans of the princess filled the comments with heartfelt birthday messages after a photo of the Princess of Wales was shared by the palace.

One fan said, "Wishing a joyous birthday to our beautiful and cherished Princess of Wales."

Another admirer expressed: "Such a lovely sentiment on this special occasion. Warm birthday wishes to Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales.

May her day be surrounded by family warmth and the happiness of quiet celebrations.

"Her committed efforts in early childhood development and support for various charitable initiatives consistently inspire us.

"May the coming year be filled with enduring strength, good health, and satisfaction."

A third well-wisher said, "Birthday blessings to the Royal Family's shining star! Wishing her a peaceful and tranquil year ahead..."

King Charles' message for Catherine on her 44th birthday follows a day after she and Prince William made their first royal outing of 2026 on January 8.

The Prince and Princess of Wales attended to the health staff at Charing Cross Hospital in London.

The future queen accompanied Prince William on this unscheduled visit, marking their first public engagement since their Christmas Day church attendance in Sandringham with other Royal Family members.

Later, Kensington Palace conveyed a message: "Our deepest gratitude to NHS staff and volunteers at Charing Cross Hospital, and throughout the UK, whose relentless dedication impacts lives daily.

"Honoured to be Joint Patrons of @nhscharitiestogether and witness the positive change it brings to both workforce and patients."
